Mr. Davie Tembo is a Malawian Finance and Administration Professional with over 18 years of professional experience focused on donor projects, sub-grant management, with key competencies in financial analysis, financial reporting, budget development, budget monitoring, as well as formulation and review of financial policies and procedures. His experience also includes setting up internal controls, treasury management, contract management, procurement, logistics, administration, tax planning and management, team management and auditing of profit and non-profit making organizations.

As the Clinical Advisor, Dr. Tom Heller strives to improve the quality of the integrated care at Lighthouse, develop capacity within the clinic staff and also to use the clinic’s experiences of innovative practices to assist the Ministry of Health to inform national policy with regards to all aspects HIV management.

Medical Director

Dr. Ethel Rambiki is a Public Health Physician with a Medical degree and a Master’s in Public Health degree obtained from the Kamuzu University of Health Sciences, formerly University of Malawi, College of Medicine. She has over 8 years of experience in health management at all levels of health care; primary, secondary, and tertiary, as well as over 2 years in program management having worked at the Department of HIV, STIs and Viral Hepatitis in the care and treatment division.

District Support Program Director

Ms Limbika Tauzi is a registered Nurse-Midwife and Public health professional with more than 15 years of experience managing donor funded programs (USAID’s Support for Service Delivery Integration (SSDI) program, the Centre for Disease Control’s work with the Christian Health Association of Malawi on HIV/AIDS, National AIDS Commission (NAC) on HIV/AIDS work, and DFID work on Sexual Reproductive Health with Banja La Mtsogolo).
