7.12. Lymphoma Involvement of the liver: In the liver, multiple, very hypoechoic areas are visible. These are confluent and show a “map-like” appearance. At the end of the clip, the colour-Doppler is activated to show blood flow in the vessels. The hypoechoic areas seem to follow the course of the vessels.
