Upon submitting this application to Lighthouse, it will be reviewed. You will receive a confirmation letter 3 weeks prior to the start of the training confirming your registration in that session.
Payment must be received 2 weeks prior to the start of the training. If full payment is not received 2 weeks prior to the training, your registration will be cancelled and slots will be offered to other applicants.
Applications that are not completely filled out will be returned. Applications for trainings will be reviewed on the application deadline. Priority for acceptance into trainings is given to DHO/MoH staff and other health care institutions.
